Naples, October 29, 2025 – The GH Group announces, through its parent company Alisud S.p.A., which already operates at Florence Airport, the acquisition on August 1, 2025, of the remaining 20% ​​stake in Toscana Aeroporti Handling S.r.l., held by Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., completing the acquisition of the previous 80% stake completed on December 30, 2022. As part of this process, a gradual transformation plan has been defined that, starting with the name change, will lead to the gradual integration of the Tuscan company into the values, organizational, and management model of the GH Group by the end of the year. Following the agreement, with a resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of October 10, shareholder Alisud S.p.A. approved the change of name from Toscana Aeroporti Handling S.r.l. to GH Toscana S.r.l.; Finally, on October 27, following the completion of the shareholders' agreements between Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A. and Alisud S.p.A., the change of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company was concluded. Vito Riggio, former President of Assohandlers, was appointed as the new Chairman of GH Toscana S.r.l., replacing Matteo Barontini, representative of Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., whom the GH Group thanks for his collaboration over the years. This entire transaction represents a further step for the GH Group in its strategic strengthening and consolidation of its network at Italy's major airports.
